With a concert at the TeatrWielki-Polish National Opera on September 10, 2021, we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the “Voices of the Mountains” project,  in which the music of three outstanding Polish composers: Karol Szymanowski, HenrykMikołajGórecki and Wojciech Kilar were compiled into a mountain musical spectacle. The performers come from different worlds, including: JanuszOlejniczak, Jan Smoczyński, Sebastian KarpielBułecki’s Highlander Quartet, Atom String Quartet, Neo Quartet, Jan Młynarski, Wojciech Pulcyn / Michał Barański. The concert is conducted by Maestro Jerzy Maksymiuk.

The author of the arrangement is Jan Smoczyński.

The concert program also includes a composition by Mateusz Smoczyński, entitled  “Zakopane”. Every autumn, Voices of the Mountains appear on the stage of the TeatrWielki-Polish National Opera and have been welcomed by the audience with such enthusiasm for the last 10 years.
