Some of Poland’s most acclaimed artists are joining forces to present listeners with Grzegorz Turnau’s repertoire in a completely new light. New material alongside legendary classics, in arrangements built around piano and strings.

The programme features material from the latest album Atom Goes Funky, on which the ensemble takes listeners on a journey into Polish music of the 1970s and 80s.

The concert will include interpretations of works by such artists as Zbigniew Seifert, Krzesimir Dębski, Zbigniew Namysłowski, Michał Urbaniak, Władysław Sendecki, Andrzej Zaucha, and Novi Singers, as well as compositions from the repertoire of Perfect and Kombi.

The 7th Wigrosfera Festival is an event that draws music lovers from across Poland. This year’s edition will take place in two settings: the former Bałtyk Cinema in Suwałki – 24 July (Thursday), and an open-air stage at the Wigry Museum in Stary Folwark – 25 July (Friday).
